バジルシードは、ブドウのような味がするライチで少し苦手かも。
粒々で不思議な食感は楽しい。
ザクロジュースは、思っていたより酸味がなくて飲みやすい。
シシ・カワプはラムのシシケバブ。
キーマ・カワプはつくね。
どちらもラムの味がしっかりして、一本300円は激安だった。
平麺は、小麦の香りがしっかりするうどん。
これにラグメンをかけて食べる。
これは中華に近い味付けで、ニンニクの芽がたっぷり。
ラム肉たっぷりで美味しかった。
ベンシュルはラム肉で薬膳の香りがする水餃子に酸味の効いた一味たっぷりの辣油をつけて食べる。
辛いと思いきや、さっぱりしていてかなり美味しい。
とにかくケバブのコスパが高いお店で、広くてゆったりしたお店をウイグルから来た？二人が切り盛りする雰囲気も良かった。
