仕事終わりに取引先に案内され駅近くのうな鐵さんにお邪魔しました
これまでも他エリアで見かけたことはありましたが初めての利用です
18時前の入店でしたが店内は既にほぼ満席でしたが
運良く空いていたカウンター席に案内されました
メニューは取引先にお任せしこの日は串焼きのうなぎ7本コースを注文
お通しと一緒に出てきたのは鰻のホネ
カリカリでカルシウム感たっぷりの少し塩味ある良いおつまみです
7本コースの先陣はかぶとから(出てくる順番は来る度に違うらしいです)
かぶと→レバ焼き→串巻き→きも焼き→短尺→ばら身→ひれ焼きの順でかなり早いペースで提供されるので後半は皿の上で渋滞します
どの串も味の個性があり美味しかったですが、本日イチは串巻きでした
鰻の白身の食感と蒲焼タレで白飯が欲しくなる美味しさでした
手頃な値段で鰻の串物食べるってかなりアリですね
