大宮で楽しい都会リゾートランチ : Bora Bora

Visiting Saitama City on the first day of the month, today's lunch was "Bora Bora". I've known about its existence for many years, but since this restaurant advertises itself as a "private room resort" where you can enjoy billiards, darts, table tennis, etc., I thought it was a party room type Restaurants for after-parties, so it's been my go-to option for lunch until now. There wasn't. But after seeing the high ratings from my followers, I thought the lunch was pretty good too. I visited for the first time on a weekday, and since I was the second group, I was able to choose the seat I wanted. I chose a sofa seat where I could relax and enjoy the view of the store. For lunch, salads, soups, and drinks are all served as a buffet. There were about 8 main dishes, and the ordering was done by self-ordering from a smartphone, which took a bit of time. Ordered [Bacon and Mushroom Neapolitan Salad] [Classic Loco Moco] Actually, I first ordered the ``Mochiko Chicken Plate'', but even when the Loco Moco arrived, the food never came.It seemed that the smartphone order was not completed properly after all. So this time I ordered directly from the staff. I went there once, but after a while, I was told that the "Mochiko Chicken and Yu Lingji" were out of stock. It was only 30 minutes after they opened, so it must have been a popular menu item. It seemed like they had gotten ahead of themselves as more and more customers came in after them. I was a little disappointed, wishing my first order had gone through. So I ordered even later, so the food arrived even later. Meanwhile, fill up on the salad bar and soup bar. The salad bar has edamame, corn, mizuna, green lettuce, seaweed, okra, carrots, and shrimp Senbei (rice crackers) consommé soup has squid, bacon, corn, carrots, shimeji mushrooms, onions, and lots of other ingredients. The ``Drink Bar'' has a variety of juices such as grapefruit and apple, mint tea, rosehip tea, coffee, and many other tea bags such as acai and chai. And what stands out in the bar corner is the `` Chocolate Fountain'', which is also all-you-can-eat. There are marshmallows and crackers, but when I added shrimp from the salad corner, it was a surprisingly delicious combination of sweet and salty. This Chocolate was so chewy and delicious that I ended up eating one cup before my meal. [Classic Loco Moco] Served with French cuisine fries, macaroni salad, and fried eggs, it is placed on a large leaf with dendrobium flowers. I was told that I would get a large serving of rice for free, but the rice was a little soft, the hamburger Hamburg was quite meaty, and the sauce was delicious.The menu said it was ``the most popular.'' [Neapolitan Pasta with Bacon and Mushrooms] This is not a standard dish, but one of the three types of Weekly Lunch. Neapolitan has a mild and elegant taste, and contains plenty of powdered cheese, shimeji mushrooms, and bacon. The customer service is good, and the buffet corner has a wide variety of items that I'm satisfied with. From the atmosphere of the restaurant, I thought it would be a lively gathering place for mom friends, but there are also many solo male and female customers, and it seems to be a popular lunch spot for working people.
