BoraBora(ボラボラ) 大宮店は、埼玉県さいたま市のJR大宮駅東口から歩いた建物の地下1階にある。
2021年7月21日(水)に初めてBoraBora(ボラボラ) 大宮店を訪れた。
入口でアルコール消毒をしてから中に入った。
暑い日であったが店内は冷房が効いていて気持ちが良い。
お店の造りはソファ席や個室などがあり、ビリヤードやダーツなども併設されている。
熱帯魚の大きな水槽なども置かれていてお洒落な雰囲気である。
客層は老若男女幅広く、女性だけでなく年配の男性もけっこう見かけた。
店内ではリズミカルな洋楽が流れていた。
お店の人のテキパキとした接客も良い。
ソファ席に着くとメニューが出された。
クラシックロコモコを食した。
サラダバー、スープバー、ドリンクバー、チョコレートファウンテンなどがついて税込980円であった。
ライスの大盛は無料であった。
クラシックロコモコは、ハンバーグ、ライス、目玉焼き、シーザードレッシングがかけられたレタスと紫玉ねぎ、マカロニサラダなどがワンプレートに盛られている。
ハンバーグはしっとりとして柔らかく、旨味があるソースも良い。
ライスは硬めに炊かれていて炊き具合も良く食が進む。
サラダバーはレタス、水菜、マカロニサラダ、オクラ、コーン、ブロッコリーなどがあった。
ドリンクバーはオレンジジュース、アップルジュース、アイスティー、アイスコーヒーなどが置かれていた。
