Overall, it was just a normal Yakiniku (Grilled meat). I didn't think there was anything particularly special about the meat. Rather than enjoying Yakiniku (Grilled meat), I think it would be better to go with the image of having some grilled meat to go with some alcohol so that you don't get too excited. The chanja here went down very well and was a delicious dish.
