自宅から歩いて１０分ぐらいの所にこちらがありますが
なかなか伺う機会が無かったのですがやっと利用することができました。
何やらこちらの店主は市川「一茶庵」で修行をされ
約３５年前大宮のこちらに店を構えたとの事です。
お店は古民家？をそのまま上手く活用されているようで
店内もレトロ調の古い感じをそのまま使っているようです。
日曜の昼時なので店内は８割ぐらいの入りでした。
今回は
三色蕎麦と鴨汁せいろを注文しました。
三色は、せいろ・茶そば・ゆずきりでした。
それぞれ細めに打ってあり、それでいて越しがつよく大変のど越しの良いものでした。
蕎麦汁も出汁が効いて少し辛口の大変美味しいものでした。
こちらは鴨にこだわっているのか
鴨汁のつゆが絶品でした。
鴨肉も臭みが無くつゆの濃さもちょうどいいものでした。
自宅の近くにこのような素晴らしいお店があることに感謝です・・・・。
