連日の猛暑、皆さんお疲れではないでしょうか。
今日は少し気温も低くく、外を歩きながら、こちらにお邪魔します。
夏季限定の冷汁うどんをいただきます。
ランチには、小鉢が2つ付いてきます。
今日は胡麻豆腐に茄子の煮浸しです。
胡麻豆腐は濃厚な味わいで、胡麻の香ばしさを感じることが出来る素晴らしい仕上がりです。
茄子の煮浸しは、蕎麦つゆを使用した煮浸しで、甘めの味付けが嬉しいです。
さぁ、主役の冷汁うどんの登場です‼︎
夏と言えば、冷汁でしょう！
胡麻の甘味が疲れた身体を癒やしてくれます。
氷水で冷やされたうどんを胡麻汁の中に入れ、トッピングの薬味を入れ、味を変えながらいただくと、いくらでも食べられてしまう、無限うどんに突入してしまいます。
茗荷、紫蘇、芽葱、胡麻味噌、きゅうりと冷汁にマストなトッピングが嬉しいです。
エシャロットも付いていて、清涼感がマシマシです。
