I visited on Sunday around 5pm. It's located inside LUMINE, which is directly connected to Omiya Station, but it seems like there's a 10% off campaign going on, so everywhere is more crowded than usual... It's best to arrive early. I've been there for lunch before, and the menu is extensive, so it looks like it would be a good place for a drink in the evening. There is also Japanese pepper. Is tofu silky? It's a little distinctive. Is delicious. It seems to go well with rice. Zha cai is not too salty and is good as a snack.
