近くのイオンをブラブラしてフードコートにある丸亀製麺で昼食です
最初はイオンから出て別の場所で食べようと思っていたのですが、、
鴨ねぎうどんの掲示に引かれてしまいました
カウンターで鴨ねぎうどん@640を注文すると、小さな鍋で調理開始
先ず長ネギを炒め、出汁と鴨肉をあわせ煮ます
そして、うどんを盛り具材を盛り付け、柚子と刻みネギを載せて出来上がり
一つ作るのにかなり時間がかかりますね！
混んでいるときには迷惑かけそう
うどんを受け取り野菜かき揚げ@130をお皿に載せレジへ
先ずは、つゆをいただきます
鴨肉の脂とネギの風味が美味しさを引き出してます
やや甘めですが、これくらいが普通かな？
鴨肉も軟らか！
鴨肉は2種類入っているみたい、ロースとモモかな？
