グラの意識の中では武蔵野うどんの形容詞に当てはまらない
ナンバーワンの言葉を付けてしまいましたが
コチラのうどんは普段グラがいただいている武蔵野うどんよりは
とてもお上品なのでまず量が普通です
驚いた事に小盛にしなくても完食できました
それどころか舞茸の天ぷらをトッピングしちゃいました
コレ通常のうどん店では考えられない暴挙ですよ
ビックリポイントの二つ目にサラダが付いてきます
麺のコシもゴワゴワではなくシコシコと云う感じ
つけ汁も美味しく肉も結構入っています
甘辛さも田舎っぽくないのでやはりお上品です
ただ場所代でしょうかお値段が高いのは難点ですね
でも武蔵野うどん初心者にはおススメの良店でした
