Established in Omiya for 98 years. It has been 55 years since we opened as a Grilled offal restaurant. A long-established bar currently in its third generation. This is one of the few family-run shops in Nangin. As the third generation of our restaurant is a father raising three children, we strive to create a homely restaurant that the whole family can enjoy and feel comfortable visiting. Our main dish, Grilled offal, is purchased every morning from the meat processing market (slaughterhouse) where the third generation of our chefs trained, and we use fresh pork offal from the morning. We offer delicious snacks that are handmade. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we have put a lot of effort into our meal menu, so you can enjoy it until the end. Supports electronic payment. Transportation electronic money (Suica, etc.) and PayPay can be used. There is a smoking area and a simple Standing bar bar counter outside on the premises. Standing bar are available at special prices. |
Today's dinner is at "Osakaya" at the east exit of Omiya Station. At the gatekeeper "Izumiya Second Branch" at the east exit, we enjoyed motsu stew and akaboshi. For some reason, I felt like I had earned 300 yen, so I was feeling excited. I happily entered the store to enjoy Hoppy Kuro, but to my surprise, the store didn't have Hoppy in its lineup. There is a complete lack of research. Extremely disappointing... This is the second Akaboshi today. For now, I chose "Akaboshi Obin (750 yen)" and "Reba & Kashira (220 yen)." As I was pouring Akahoshi into it while tapping my belly, Reba came out first. "(Tch! Well, it's only 110 yen.)" I chose salt instead of sauce, so I could enjoy the taste of the ingredients directly. The liver was overcooked and tasty, but the taste was not particularly noteworthy. When I drank half of Akaboshi, Kashira appeared. Originally, I wanted to order an assortment of five pieces at once, but the golden rule for kushimono is to order two pieces at a time. The restaurant recommends baking the food all at once and serving it all at once, as it saves time and effort. But cold skewers are worse than cold pizza. I stick to this style no matter how unpleasant the store staff looks at me. However, the kashira here is juicy and delicious. Kashira is a hormone, but it has a wonderful taste that doesn't look like a hormone. The bill was 970 yen, as ordered. I'm happy that there are no seat fees or appetizers, but without Hoppy, it will be difficult to visit again...
