店内は白の壁に大きなガラス窓が印象的。
BGMは久石譲さん？の音楽が流れていました。
窓際に座って外を眺めながらランチで利用しました。
熊谷ブレンド５００円
チーズのサンドイッチ４５０円を注文。
ランチ・ケーキセットはありませんが、珈琲はお得感あり。２杯分強の量が出てきます！！
（注文を受けてから豆を挽き始めるので提供までに時間は少々かかります）
チーズのサンドイッチには、山羊とクリームチーズ？？の二種類が挟まってました。
クリームの方にはアンチョビのフィレも乗っている。
山羊はピラ～～っと薄くスライスされたものが挟まっていますが、濃厚！！なお味。
このお味、はまりました。
サンドイッチにはサラダも付いているので、チーズのみの具でもちゃんと野菜がとれて嬉しい。
ドレッシングは、かなり胡椒がきいています。言えば調整してもらえるようです。
（後ろの席に座っていた親子さんに店員さんから、胡椒控えるか聞いていたので可能と思います）
※お隣にcomorebi ベーグル屋さんもオープン（熊谷珈琲さんとは関係ありませんが）
一日２００個しか作っていないらしい。平日でしたが３時頃には売り切れ。（前日にオープンしたばかり）
キッシュ・ベーグルセットなどカフェとしての利用もできます・・むしろ、カフェがメイン？？
ベーグル売り場の面積より、断然カフェスペースの方が広かった。
