Teppanyaki Kaiseki Kurama is a little far from Omiya Station, but it is located near the Mitsuhashi 1-chome bus stop, and is a kaiseki restaurant located in a detached house on a fairly large site in the back of the noodle restaurant Kurama. On a weekday before Christmas, I had another job at this restaurant, and then had lunch there. At the iron plate counter corner..✨ From the window you can see the beautiful garden and the pond where many carp swim. Before meals, I have acai berry power juice. The person who was with us received Akaneya's grape juice, and for lunch we ordered an Iberian pork course and Seafood course, and had two dishes made with both ingredients to share. It comes with a salad of fresh vegetables grown on our own farm, with two types of dressing, and Small dish. Seafood course included scallops, shrimp, and salmon with grilled vegetables, and the Iberico pork course also came with two thick pieces of loin, so each piece was served with garnished vegetables and colored leaves, which was wonderful. We also had a gorgeous display of flames when re-baking the meat✨(*´艸`) This comes with rice, miso soup, and pickles.
