大切な人と日本料理を食べたくて、大宮界隈で美味しいお店を探してここに辿り着きました。
この日はおまかせで1人30,000円のコースをお願いしました。
先付け、お吸い物で分かります。
素材と出汁のうまさ、抜群！この日は連れが蛤が大好きなこともあり、無理を聞いていただきました。お吸い物に蛤を使っていただきました。
お作りも新鮮で手が込んだ仕込みで美味しくいただき、鯛と白魚の揚げものにお肉。最後は鯛めしだ。絶対にうまい！そして美味かった！！
埼玉の地酒、花あびも飲めて、もう最高でした。
中庭には池に鯉が泳ぎ、その真ん中には大きな桜の枝を豪華に生けられていてました。
何もかも良いお店。コンシェルジェもとても丁寧にお食事の説明をしてくれて、それも美味しさを倍増してくれて。
