今日は蕎麦の気分で、エキュート大宮駅構内にあるお店で山菜おろしそばをオーダー。
食券を購入して、店内に入ると調理の方に食券を渡して蕎麦を受け取ります。
立ち食いなので、好きな場所で頂きます。
山菜と大根おろしが蕎麦と混ざるとするすると食べやすくて、出汁が甘めで美味しかった。
