友人の法事に集まった仲間とこちらで献杯。
オリジナルメニューもあるようだがオーソドックスな鳥料理が並ぶ。
焼き物も見繕って仲間とシェアしたが、何のブランドの鶏だろう。
ジューシーで肉のうま味もたっぷり。
限定限定串4種のうち熟成鶏は味噌ダレ焼きで、ほか3本はハツつなぎ、ソリ、何とか（失念）
だったが、こういう部位を揃えられているということは仕入れルートがしっかりしているのだろう。
再訪したいと思いつつ下書きに埋もれた一軒。
