大宮駅で間違いなくナンバー1の喰心さん。
割烹と焼肉の2業態あり、焼肉には4年前から毎年訪問していたけど割烹は初で訪問前からものすごく楽しみだった。
この日は半年振りくらいに会う父と訪問。高齢になってきたので焼肉業態ではなく割烹業態の喰心さんをチョイス。
割烹なだけあって焼肉喰心よりもより創作性や美しさを感じながら本当に全品美味しいラインナップを贅沢に頂き、とても良い時間を過ごせた！
