大宮南銀 ゼロもまたうまい！
白根社長親子が中本のメニューを紹介しているYouTubeを観て、辛さゼロの冷し醤油タンメン（870円）を推してたので、さっそく食べに行きました。多少の辛みもないとさみしいので定食（210円）もいただきました。つけ汁は熱々で、普通のラーメンどんぶりに入っているのでかなりの量です。味もそれほど濃くなく麺を浸せば、タンメンのようで、肉と野菜を絡めてススれば最高にうまいです╰(*´︶`*)╯♡またレギュラーメニューが増えてしまいました♪
※白根MGは、これにバターと背脂をトッピングすると言っていたので、次回試したいと思います。

全く辛くないメニューから少し辛め～超激辛まで、全てのお客様にご満足いただけるようにご用意しております。まずは当店基本メニューの味噌タンメン（小辛）、一番人気の蒙古タンメン（中辛）からお召し上がりください。辛さの奥に広がる野菜の甘さ、スープと麺の旨みがクセになること間違いなし！ |
お決まりの冷やし醤油タンメン（800円）に煮卵（150円）、バター（100円）、背脂（100円）をトッピングしていただきました。はっきり言って激ウマです。これまでいちばんウマいつけ麺は、蕾分家の特上濃厚煮干辛つけ麺だと思っていましたが、それを超えてきました、初の背脂とバターのせでしたが旨みがすごいです。中本なのに辛さゼロをイチ推しにして申し訳ないですが、マイベスト認定です( ´∀｀)♪
