さいたま新都心ではアパホテルで北インド料理がいただけるんです。
『インド料理ダタール大宮店』
「アパホテルさいたま新都心駅北」の一階に併設されたインド料理店です。
この大宮店に加え東川口店、東松山駅前店と埼玉県内に3店舗を展開する『ダタール』（東松山もアパホテル併設！）。
私はかつて東川口店に行ったことがあるのですが、堅焼きのラチャパラタが美味しくて印象に残っています。
ということで今回も注文はこれ！

・ラチャパラタ
・タンドリーチキン
・サラダ
・スモールカレー（1種類）
カレーはグランドメニューの多彩なラインナップから自由に選択可能。
マトンコルマ（大辛）でオーダーしました。
渦巻き状のデニッシュみたいなパン、とよく紹介されるパラタ（パロタ）ですが、それは南インドで良く食される「ケララパロタ」。
同じ名前でも国や地域でいろいろあるんです。
こちらは北インドスタイル、チャパティ生地を渦巻き状にしてタンドール窯でパリッと焼き上げたもの。
みっしりとした食べ応えがやはり印象的。
噛むたび小麦の味わいが広がります。
ハード系パン好きにも勧めたいですね。
マトンコルマにはフルーツも入っていました。クリーミーな舌触りと甘辛風味でリッチな気分に。
タンドリーチキンもかなり味しっかりめでクオリティ高いですね。
サービスでアイスチャイもいただきました。
やはり、かなりしっかりしたクオリティの北インド料理。
埼玉でもかなり上位ランクに入る北インド料理店ではないでしょうか。
さらにこちらのアパホテル、モーニングにもインド料理がいただけるようで！
実に素晴らしい。（和食もあるそうです）
この辺に泊まるなら宿は決まりですね。
