土曜日ということもあり、
常時満席、問い合わせの連絡はひっきりなし！
既にワクワク。
まずは、お通し。
本当に一人分？！ってくらいきちんと量がある。
・小鮎のコンフィ
・そうめんカボチャ(名前違ったらすみません。)
・鶏ハム
一つ一つが主張し過ぎず、口の中で喧嘩しません。
特に鶏ハム。
メインディッシュにのっていいのでは？というクォリティでした！
私たちが頼んだのは、
・馬刺しのカルパッチョ
・埼玉野菜のラタトゥイユ
・マグロとアボカドのタルタル
・ハラミのバベットステーキ
・生雲丹とマスカルポーネのクリームソースパスタ
都内の有名人気店で修行されてたことが
とても伝わってくる料理の数々。
何も食べても美味しかったです。
