『丸ごとブッラータチーズ』
ブッラータチーズとはモッツァレラチーズの皮の中に生クリームと割いたモッツァレラチーズが入ったチーズのことだそうです。
ナイフで切ると中からどろっとチーズと生クリームが溢れ出します。
オリーブオイルや塩を付けていただきました。
モッツァレラチーズよりもクリーミィでチーズ好きにはたまらないおいしさ！
『魚介のセビーチェ』
こちらも珍しいお料理？？
調べると魚介類をスパイシーにマリネしたものだそうです。
さっぱりな味付けですがどことなくメキシカンな雰囲気でした。
『選べるアヒージョ(牡蠣)』
海老・牡蠣・明太子の中から選べました。
牡蠣もふかふかでおいしいですが、一緒に入っていたブロッコリーににんにくの効いたオリーブオイルが絡まるおいしさといったら・・・。最高でした。
『桜姫鶏むね肉柔らかロースト』
予約時のメニュー表には記載がなかったです。
鶏むね肉なのに、驚くほど柔らかくてジューシー。
しかも大きく切られているのに内側まで味が染みていておいしかったです。
『選べる〆(魚介の醤油パスタ)』
ピザとパスタが選べます。
この日のパスタは醬油ベースでサバの身が入ったパスタでした。
あっさり系の味付けだったので、かなり満腹でしたがさらっと食べれてしまいました。
『お口直しのジェラート(さつまいも)』
デザートは別腹！ほくほくのさつまいもの味とミルキーさがとてもおいしかったです。
ドリンクメニューもおしゃれでおいしいものばかりでした。
とても素敵であっという間に感じました。
