五目焼きそばセット オンザライス
平日お昼。
12時あたり、ほぼ満席に近いくらい
お昼休みの仕事人でいっぱいです。
安い、うまい、早い、1時間ソコソコの短い昼休みに必要な条件を満たしています。
あんなに混んでるのに、
10分もしないで出来たのにはびっくり。
五目焼きそばセット
五目焼きそば、ご飯(小茶碗)、マカロニサラダ、漬物。
炭水化物祭り。
どしっと濃口オイスタしょうゆ味甘みも強い、
ごはんに合います。具をあんに絡めてご飯にのっけ。
あんの質感はコッサリ？かな。アブラっ気ないが、
味付けがしっかりでおいしいです。
白飯あって丁度いいくらいの濃さでした。
カラシついてるけど、あんまりカラシが効かない。
麺は中くらいのサッと炒めで
ふつうにおいしいー。
このセットが600円、うーん、安すぎる。
ごはんも食べたらもう、ふぅ、おなかいっぱい。
あ、いっぱい食べれる方は(大盛り特盛できるひと)
小茶碗のご飯は少ないと思うかも。
あんまり褒めたらよけいに混むでしょ 笑

美味しかったので、白飯コラボしたかったのでまた行きました。
店内はやはりワイシャツマンがズラリでした。
店員さんと奥のシェフの、おしゃべりしてても来客の途端「ばっちこーい！」の雰囲気がエネルギッシュで好きなんです。

この前行った時とは明らかにあんの色が違います。
あれ？わたしあの甘辛の白飯のお供っぽいの食べに来たのに。
3歩控えめにおとなしくなって、塩味寄りでした。
薄めの味でも輪郭がしっかりあるんだね。
美味しい。
あ、そうか、こういのも含めて「日替わり」と。
作った人が違うのか、シェフの気分かチャレンジ精神が、わかりませんけど、
楽しみが増えました 笑
