電車を待つ間に、再訪問。
注文は、中華そば。
本来なら、うどんやそばを頼むべき店だとは分かっていますが、本日は中華そばの気分。
シンプルを絵に描いたようなビジュアル。
麺は、硬めに茹で上げられた縮れ細麺。
スープは、追い胡椒ありきの淡麗醤油スープ。
