大宮でナポリタンを食べようといつも行くお店へ。貸切…。ショック…。
ナポリタンは諦め、そのまま裏通りを歩いていると洋食屋がある。
お店は「ビストロ883」。
新しい出会いだと思い入店する。
時間は19時過ぎ、奥のテーブル席には女子会組が5人座っている。店内は明るくなかなかいい感じだ。
カウンターの席に座り、ビール、ピクルス、チョリーソのアヒージョ、かきとベビーキャベツのバターソテー、注文。なかなかうまい。
店主の手際も良く、カウンター越しに眺めていても楽しめる。
ウイスキーの水割りとポークジンジャーを追加注文。こちらもうまい！
いいお店に出会えて良かった。
