ビストロ883さんに行ってきました。
こちらお店は大宮駅から少し歩いたところで伯爵邸さんと同じ通りにあります。
休日の11時30分少し前に行ったところ、先客1名、後客3名でした。
メニューを見てどれにしようか迷いましたが、牛ステーキ定食が土日限定ということで、牛ステーキ定食を注文しました。
すぐにサラダがでてきました。
水はセルフでした。
料理は10分くらいで出てきました。
ステーキはミディアムくらいの焼き具合で、端の方はあまり焼けてなく、レアでした。
ステーキソースは醤油ベースの甘しょっぱい感じで肉によく合います。肉は若干噛みごたえがある感じでした。1200円のステーキなので値段なりかなと思います。
食後に小さいカップでコーヒーが出てきました。
私の後のお客さんはハンバーグを注文している人が多かったです。
ハンバーグは小さいフライパンで肉の表面を焼いて、両面焼けたところでオープンに入れていました。使っているフライパンが1つで、丁寧に焼いていたので、お客さんが入っていると出てくるまでに時間がかかるかもしれません。
