平日11:30過ぎ、埼玉県のJR大宮駅1、2番線ホームにある店舗に訪問。
駅のホームにある立ち食いそば屋さんは、既にJR東日本の店舗がほとんどでこちらも…
もう独立系は品川の常盤軒さんと秋葉原の新田毎さんくらいか…
お昼時の為か先客様7名、ほぼ満席（満立ち？）
スタッフ3名、外の券売機が故障なのかスタッフ1名が券売機前で対応中。
「さいたまそば」なるものをポチッと520円也
厨房2名が流れ作業ですぐに着丼。
埼玉名産の川越のさつまいもと深谷のネギのかき揚げそば。お蕎麦もお汁も「いろり庵きらく」「そば処中山道」味と想像（どちらも食べた事ないので）
かき揚げはオンリーワンか？
まぁー全てにおいて可もなく不可もなく。
その店、その店の個々のこだわりの立ち食いそばの方が魅力はある。ただ、大手は誰が作っても同じ味で作れる再現力には優れてるが個性が…
