Enjoy the delicious soba noodles in a stylish, homey atmosphere.
Located a 3-minute walk from Saitama-Shintoshin Station, Soba Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) and Fresh Hoppy Shop Shintoshin Jiruya serves delicious 100% buckwheat soba noodles, carefully prepared for e |
Near Saitama Shintoshin Station, I drove past and made a U-turn. Next door, there is the "Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Hormone Charcoal Silver Main Store", which stands out a little from a distance. I also noticed that there was a big sign with the name of the store. It doesn't look like a soba restaurant. "Ten percent soba noodles" is a gourd. On the menu, it says, "We don't use any binders." As for the soup, "we do not use any chemical seasonings." However, it is not written as "hand-made" (laughs). I received the lunch menu "Motsu stewed set meal" for 1,050 yen. It's also a live house, it's a Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), and it's an atmosphere where anything is possible (laughs). Our proud set is a lineup that is quite worrisome. In particular, what about "Tegutan Tsukesoba noodles"? It's quite a new menu. After-dinner drinks are self-serving. restaurant has a lot of guitars hanging on the wall, and instruments are cluttered. There was also a space that looked like an open terrace, where a young female customer was smoking. It's a slightly unusual restaurant design that seems to be in the same series as the Mr./Ms. of "Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Hormone Charcoal Silver Main Store". It feels strange to imagine a soba restaurant, but I also enjoy this new feeling. I'm not crazy.
