大宮駅近辺でまだ未開拓の飲食店と思い、ランチ時にこちらのお店が気になり、初入店。
ちょっと遅めの13時過ぎのランチでしたが、訪問時はまだ店内が賑わっており、外に看板が出でおり気になった味噌麺+麻婆丼 ￥850-を注文。
■味噌麺+麻婆丼について
トレーの上に大きなラーメン丼にたっぷりの野菜が載った味噌ラーメン
あとは、小ぶりな丼に麻婆丼が提供。
レジ近くにランチ時間帯だけ??
サラダ・ごはん、スープ、杏仁豆腐のセルフ取り放題サービス?? がやられており、サラダだけ頂くことに。。
早速味噌ラーメンから頂いてみると、スープ自体は業務用?? なのか...
非常に薄く、味噌のインパクトやベースの旨味がほぼないのが残念。
麺については、業務用の平打ち縮れ麺?? で適度なモチモチ感はありますが、正直スープとの相性があまりよくないのな?? という印象。
味噌ラーメンの上に載っている野菜については、キャベツ、もやし、ニンジン、きくらげ、空芯菜?? 豚肉の小間切れなどとかなりボリューム感はあり、食べ応えに関しては大満足。
麻婆丼は豆板醤が結構効いたインパクトのある麻婆丼に仕上がっており、結構ピリッとした辛さが際立っており、ご飯が進む美味しい麻婆豆腐に仕上げられていたように感じます。
お値段も大宮駅近郊では、安い部類で、セルフの食べ放題コーナーもこの価格でついていることを考えると、コスパは非常に高いのかな?? と思います。
