安めし日記: 大宮の「富士そば」にて天玉
天玉そば 500円
○麺（そば） ： ヤワ ←☆☆★☆☆→ コシ
○天ぷら ： 粉 ←☆☆☆★☆→ 具だくさん
○揚げたて度 ： 乾燥 ←☆☆★☆☆→ 揚げたて
○出汁 ： 甘口 ←☆☆☆★☆→ 辛口
○個人的に ： 苦手 ←☆☆☆★☆→ 好み
こんがり揚がったかき揚げは温かくサクサク。いいタイミングで入れたな。
蕎麦はむっちりして、富士そばらしい辛口の温出汁をよく吸っている感じ。
辛口なんで溶いた温玉も活躍する天玉らしい天玉。
駅ナカにも立ち蕎麦屋が多い大宮だけど、せっかく駅の外にいたんで富士そばへ。
朝に寄れなかった「つくば」で食べるでも良かったけどね。

円形のかき揚げは揚がってから結構時間が経ったようでそのままではイマイチ。
出汁に浸して食べたけど、今日の出汁はちょっと酸味が出ていてやはりイマイチ。
24時間営業が復活したためかもしれないが、今回はちょっといただけなかったな。
とは言え、乱切りの蕎麦は記憶よりもしっかりコシがあって良かったとも思う。
知ってればもりそばを頼んでいただろうけど、そういうわけにもいかんしね。
深夜ではなく早朝の５時台。向かいの「つくば」がまだ準備中だったんだよね。
