移動中の時間が少ない昼時。こんな時は立ち食いそばが便利なのでJR大宮駅東口出てすぐのすずらん通り入って右側に富士そばに突入。
券売機でもりそば大盛を購入して、厨房に食券を渡し、半券を受け取ってから席で待機。そばかうどんか聞かれますが、富士そばでうどんを食べている人を見たことがないわたし。そんな少数のうどん派のためにうどんを用意している富士そばの懐の深さを感じます。
すぐにもりそば到着。そばは冷水で冷やしてすぐできますが麺はしっかりシコシコで喉ごしがいい家事。ソバの香りをしっかり感じる麺です。つゆはやや甘めでこのつゆが他の立ち食いそばとはちょっと味わい特徴があるのです。表現は難しいのですがなんか違う。
サクッと完食してごちそうさま。やはり富士そばさんは素晴らしい。うまい、早い、安いの三拍子です。
