□3月16日 過去一回の訪問はありそう
富士そばさんは5年振りくらいになります。都内で呑みの締めにざるを頂くか、朝にカレーそばを頂くかでよく利用していました。あ、ランチでのカツカレー(カツ丼にカレーがオンされている)もお手頃でなかなかですよね。
☆冷かけかき揚(570円)
勿論ポチして呼ばれるまで2分はかかりません。天ぷらは揚げたてでは無い事は(タイミングにも依ります)承知しています。
ただ、そばが激変わりなことは驚きです。見た目手切りのように見えて、少し高級感が出てるように何だかヌメッっとした食感？明らかに冷やし系より温系には合うんだろな的そばです。以前は蕎麦6:小麦4な割合だったと思いますが(間違ってたらすみません)、コレどうなんだろう。
何だか知らないうちに激変わりしていました。
