かつ丼が食べたかったので富士そばへ。メニューを見ると通常のカツ丼580円のほか、贅沢しあわせかつ丼980円というメニューがあったのでそっちを券売機で購入。
たしかに贅沢です。まず器が金ピカ。カツも結構分厚いです。ただし揚げたてではなかったのは残念。嬉しかったのはおまけのスープがうまい。たまたまだったのか出汁が濃い。仄かな酸味の効いた富士そばの出汁だ。
正直、かつ丼単品だと専門店にはかないませんが、今日は「富士そばのかつ丼」が食べたかったのでオッケー。ごちそうさま！
