フォローさせていただいている方々からの情報と、私の娘が利用した事があり、いつか行こう行こうと今回ようやく初訪問です。
カオマンガイが美味しいとの情報もあり、麺好きの欲望も併せて叶えてくれる、ハーフ＆ハーフのランチメニューが狙いです。
平日の昼時、想ったほど混んでおらず八割程度の客入り、その殆どが若い女性で、男性は私の他に一組2名、何となくホッとして、さぁ注文です。
ランチメニューを拝見すると、予め決めていた 'カオマンガイ＆トムヤムヌードル' のハーフ＆ハーフのメニューがありません。
他の組合せは本意ではないので、仕方なく 'トムヤムヌードル' を単品で注文しました。
待つこと5分、早い！
ちょっとイメージが違うオシャレな器、しかも単品にしては値段的にもちょっと量が少ないかも？！
さっそくスープを一口、なるほど！食べやすい熱さに、コクはあるけど割りとサッパリした、ん〜女性向きな味にしているのかも・・・
エビが沢山入っているように見えましたが実は半身、クスっ(笑)、でもこれはホグしやすい工夫、Goodです！
やはり麺は少なめですが、今まで食べた、いわゆるフォーの中では極めて食感が好い！
具材もたっぷり、勉強不足で解らない具材もありますが、ライムを搾って、凄く好いバランスのスープになり、あっという間に食べ尽くしてしまいました。
ランチメニューの種類は少なめですが、個人的には魅力的なものばかり、是非また利用させていただきたいと思います。
