今日は午後からＯＮなんだよね。さいたま市
大宮区と、その周辺のルミ姉ら集う、埼玉県
屈指の巨大駅ビル「ルミネ２」（大宮駅）で
お昼ご飯してから行きます。ひとりルミ爺の
向かったお店は「マンゴツリーカフェ」さん。
看板に掲げている色々盛りのプレートに目を
奪われてしまったな。１１時ちょうどに開店
お兄さん奥のテーブル席にご案内、お姉さん
すぐさまお冷のご提供。そのままご注文行け
お店の名前のプレートをください！えっとー
「マンゴツリープレート」ですね♪それで☆
ガパオライスとおかずとサラダのプレートか
パッと見で決めたので後から分かるというｗ
タイ料理店ではいつもグリーンカレーばかり
頼んでいて、今日だってあの看板が無ければ
ほぼ確実的に‥つまり後で気になるパターン。
また来ればいいね、駅ビルだから寄り易いし。
今日は雨のせいかお客さんの出足鈍いようで
店内がゆったりしていていいや。シンハーを
飲みたいけどこの後ＯＮだし。スタッフさん
みんな若いよねぇ、何だか黄昏てきちゃった。
気軽にタイ・デビューできるお店があるって
いいですね（エキュートにも別のお店あるし）
ガチのタイ味へと羽ばたいて行って欲しいな。
パチリの準備をするかな、照明がスポットで
人の目に良いが、電球色は写真には良くない。
やっぱり自然光がいいなあ、とか思いながら
ホワイト・バランス調整‥完了。後は任せた。
お姉さんマンゴツリープレートのご配膳です。
美味そうじゃん！パチリ☆パチリ☆パチリ☆
どれからいく？左のソーセージを選んだ人は
たぬぞうと同じ心理だよ、へー酸味ですって
予想外のお味。楊枝のは揚げ蒲鉾、これはね
日本にあるお味。最左のはカリッとなるまで
良く焼きした豚バラ肉。そのまま時計回りに
チキンは照り焼き風味。赤いのはキャベツの
ピクルスっていうのか、漬け物っていうのか
爽やかな箸休め。揚げたエビは殻まで食べる
香ばしいの。手前の豚ひき肉でついにタイ感
ジャスミン米も香り抜群に立ってる、そりゃ
ガパオだもんね。野菜には軽くドレッシング。
このＲｏｔａｔｉｏｎを４回は楽しめちゃう
なかなか優秀なプレートでございましたよ！
やっぱりグリーンカレーが気になってるわｗ
