フランスで修業をしたオーナーシェフとソムリエの夫婦が営む、小さなフレンチビスト |
大宮駅から少し歩いた場所に、隠れ家的な存在感を放つフレンチビストロ「ランクレ」があります。この日はランチを楽しみに訪れました。
今回の3,000円ランチコースは、前菜の盛り合わせからスタート。自家製のハムやキッシュなど、一品一品が丁寧に仕上げられており、フレンチのクオリティの高さを前菜から感じることができました。
続いての魚料理も絶品。そして選べるメインの中から、牛のマスタードを選択。その深い味わいと香りが口いっぱいに広がりました。食後のデザートとコーヒーで、完璧なランチタイムを締めくくりました。
ランクレは昼夜問わず、さまざまな客層で賑わっているようです。次回は夜のメニューや雰囲気も楽しみたいと思います。
