令和５年１月６日（金）・県央７６３件目
朝の６時に県央北本をスタートしましたが真っ暗ですよ・・・
朝飯がまだだったので松屋のうどんが個性的だと話題になった
こともあって新大宮バイパス沿いの松屋の与野店に入店よ♪
予想通りですがかなり複雑な券売機で「うどん」を探すが画面
には無いのだ。止むを得なくワンオペで忙しそうな店員さんに
聞いて見ると「当店では取り扱ってません・・」と、あっさり
言われてしまってたのだよね・・そっか、店舗限定なのね～～
ならば複雑な券売機で店内→牛めし（色々な牛めしが表示で）
ノーマルの牛めし→各種サイズが表示されるのでミニを選択→
サイドメニュー→キムチを選択→会計→現金投入→食券発券→
と、同時にワンオペの厨房に伝達されて食券の番号がモニター
されます。
その表示が出来上がりの方にうつったら出来上がりで自身にて
取りに行き下げも自身でやるので全くのセルフですね♪
ただ、しばらく牛めしを食べないうちにミニサイズで￥３５０
になっていたのね～～高いわねぇ・・でも、物価高騰の現在で
あるからしょうがないね！
相変わらず七味唐辛子をたっぷりかけて吉野家とは違うピンク
の生姜を適量乗せたら後は「かっこむ」だけですよ。匙なんか
いらないのだ（卓上に置いてあるけれど）。
松屋さんは牛めしにもれなく味噌汁が付いてくるのが良いね♪
しかも少し温いけれど、インスタントのマシーンから出できた
感じはしないですね。
牛丼の好みは吉野家ですが味噌汁の好みは松屋さんなのです！
食べながら卓上に松屋グループの制経営する飲食店が書かれて
いましたが、とんかつのまつのや、マイカリーハウスや、回転
寿司の寿司松までは知ってましまが、回転してない寿司屋と
中華料理店、ステーキやも洋食店も手広くやってますね・・・
それにしても気になるのは少し白く濁った汁の「うどん」なの
でした♪
