2019年10月5日(土)に初めてダンダダン酒場 大宮店を訪れた。
お店の造りはカウンター席とテーブル席がある。
客層は老若男女幅広い。
店内ではリズミカルな音楽やJ-POPが流れていた。
カウンター席に着き、ドリンクは疲れた貴方の為のサワーにした。
栄養ドリンクの風味がして甘みが効いている。
まずは名物！肉汁 焼餃子(6ケ)を2人前注文した。
味つけがされているのでそのまま食した。
熱々で出されて、皮は厚くつるりとしてもちもちとしている。
口に入れると熱々の肉汁がたっぷりと溢れてきて肉の旨味と味わいが広がる。
熟成 あひるの卵は、揚げられた餃子の皮、タレがかけられたネギが添えられている。
あひるの卵はねっとりとした食感で独特の風味と味わいがある。
柚子シャーベットは、柚子の皮が上にのせられている。
冷んやりとして爽やかな甘みが良い。
