[About the all-you-can-eat menu] *The time limit is 120 minutes from the start time, and last order orders are accepted 30 minutes before the start time. *If we receive a large number of orders at once, it will take time to serve, so we have set two restrictions. *A maximum of six types of Sushi can be ordered at one time. *Please limit the number of pieces to 30. *We do not allow takeout of the all-you-can-eat course. *As this is an all-you-can-eat course, we ask for your understanding if we run out of stock. *We provide better products at lower prices. As these are important ingredients, please do not leave any food uneaten. *Please note that we will charge the retail price for any leftover food. (If only the rice is left, 50 yen will be charged per piece.) *Please note that the lunch menu is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. |

When I visited the restaurant with my son during the winter break, I was surprised to find that they only accept reservations. I was wrong. I pulled myself together and returned a month later. This time, we were able to enter the restaurant without any problems. While listening to my son's future plans for love, I quickly ordered on the tablet, and then I realized I was getting full. The feeling after eating at these all-you-can-eat restaurants is usually the same: I can't eat anymore, I won't be coming back for a while, never mind. So this impression doesn't really mean anything. However, I have been to a restaurant called Hinazushi (Shinjuku Island Tower branch, Ikebukuro branch) that is in the same genre, so I can compare it to that. The interior of the restaurant is more luxurious than Hinazushi. Even though they advertise all-you-can-eat high-end Sushi, if it feels too popular, it will just be like Conveyor belt sushi brought to you by a robot. Is the quality of Sushi about the same? I don't have a sharp tongue, so I can't tell. A little better than Hinazushi? The biggest difference I felt was the presence or absence of seasonal limited menus. Hinazushi always puts a lot of effort into promoting this. By putting effort into the seasonal menu, it gives the impression that they are using the latest ingredients, which I think contributes to the overall appeal of freshness. I left the restaurant with my son thinking that it was very educational to think about what was different.
