今年はディズニーオンアイスを観に来たり、よく埼玉にも出没しました(笑)今年の最後の外飲みは、埼玉にしようと、さいたま新都心にやってきました。
今回の飲み会会場は、まるし さいたま新都心店。駅からは2,3分ほどで着くアクセスの良さがいいね。
年末ということもあり、お店は宴会などの予約で満席。やっぱり予約していって正解。
この日のファーストドリンクは、山崎のハイボール。お料理の邪魔をしないウィスキーハイボールが好き。
お通しは、キャベツのせんぎりお代わりし放題。さっぱりとしたドレッシングがかかっているので、サラダとしていただけますよ。
それでもベジファーストでもう少しお野菜をと選んだのが、生海苔アボカド。ん？アボカドはフルーツだっけ(笑)有明産の生海苔が、アボカドの上にのっていて、なかなかユニークなコラボお料理になっています。アボカドと海苔って、合うかも！
こちらは焼き鳥が美味しいお店。カウンター越しに店員さんがひっきりなしに焼いています。
まずは、人気者メニューのあべどりのねぎま串。ビタミンEが豊富で低脂肪のヘルシーな串。甘めのたれと、柔かい鶏肉がベストバランス。これは一人一本マストでいただきたい串。
どの部位かによって、お店側でたれか塩か味付けしてくださいます。
焼き肉でも大好きなたんが品切れだったので、はつを。
新鮮焼きとんといって、朝締めのものだそうで、鮮度は抜群。はつもねっとりとした食感が美味しかったなあ。
岩中豚のバラ肉を使った豚バラトマト焼き串。こちらもビタミンEが豊富なお肉なんだそう。美味しいものを、栄養素を摂りながらいただけるっていいですよね。
ここでお次のドリンクは、神山すだちサワーをチョイス。さっぱりすっきりしたサワーは、焼き鳥にも合います。
串の他に、鰻巻きをオーダー。ふわとろの卵焼きの中に、たっぷりと鰻がはいっていて、美味しい一品。鰻も蒲焼きをいただくことがほとんどだけれど、こういう卵とのコラボもいいね。
焼き鳥も、ささみおろしポン酢でさっぱりしたお味のものを。
柔らかいささみの上に、たっぷり大根おろしがかかって、最初はお肉が見えないほど(笑)ポン酢の程よい酸味ともよく合います。
串の締めは鶏レバー。鉄分を摂りたいから、焼き鳥をいただくときは、必ずレバーを頼みます。
私はどうやらねっとり系の串が好きなようです(笑)
〆は鶏そぼろにしようかと思ったけれど、なんだかお腹がいっぱいになったので、長浜ミニラーメンをチョイス。小腹満たしにちょうどよいサイズです。
デザートにあまおうジェラード。さっぱり美味しくいただきました。
