旨いやきとん、焼き鳥、鮮魚料理などが気軽にいただける『串焼きうまか市場 まるし さいたま新都心店』に伺いました。
店内右手に小上がり、カウンターが並び、
左手にテーブル席が並んでいます。
奥には広めの座敷席。
小上がりと接したカウンターの一部は、座敷に座るタイプになっています。
入り口近くのテーブル席に案内いただき、先ずは生ビールです。
お通しは、キャベツの千切りでした。
塩とごま油の味付けが旨い！

レバテキはメニューにあると必ずたのんでしまう一品です。
トロッとしたレバーにねぎ塩ごま油。

トロッと甘いトマト。クリームチーズものって、これもイイ！
■ねぎねぎサラダ
ごま油と塩で味付けされたねぎが旨くて、ワシワシとあっという間にたいらげてしまいました。
■山芋鉄板焼き
ふんわり熱々の山芋。
鉄板で熱せられた底の部分はカリッと香ばしく、それもまた美味しい。
これ好きです！
■男のハムカツ
分厚いハムの間にはチーズ。
衣はカリッとサクッと食感がイイ！
柔らかなハムと、とろーりと溶けたチーズが美味しい！
〆に
■ミニ辛麺
宮崎発祥の辛旨な一品で、蕎麦粉の入った麺を使用しているんですって。
辛さ1〜3が選べます。3辛でお願いしました。
見た目もちょっと蕎麦っぽい色の麺に玉子とニラ。
この麺がツルツルでモチっとしていて旨い！
3辛は結構辛くてちょっとむせましが笑
ホント辛旨！
美味しくて嬉しい〆でした。
