大宮の煮干ラーメン店
休日のお昼時に行ってきました。
開店の少し前に伺うと、既に数人の行列ができていました。
濃厚煮干そばと味玉を注文。
写真の通り、濃い煮干スープに、プッツリした麺のラーメンが出てしました。
濃厚な煮干ラーメンはクセが強いイメージがありますが、こちらのラーメンは濃厚な一方でかなりスッキリした味わいで、食べやすかったです。
似たお店だと、麺処晴さんの方がもっとドロッとしていてパンチが効いていますが、逆に食べやすくて好きな人も多いと思います。
とはいえ、やはりかなり塩っぱいので好みは分かれると思います。
（もちろん私は好きです笑）
また機会があれば伺いたいと思いました。

平日の19:00ごろ伺いました。
待たずに入店できました。
濃厚煮干そばと味玉を注文。
麺の量は中盛りにしましたが、やはり結構量があります。
スープは濃厚ですが、不思議とスッキリした味わいがあって美味しいです。
チャーシューも柔らかかったです。
また来ます。
