昨日は仕事を早めに切り上げ、駅近くのお店へ訪問。勤め先の上層部が出張時に締めのラーメンとして煮干し食べたと聞いてたのもあり、どこのお店だろうと探しての初訪問です。
初訪問という事もあり、煮干そば＋味玉を注文。食券提示時に麺の量を聞かれて中盛りを選択。麺を無料で並、中、大と選択できるのは嬉しい限り。
実食時はまずスープから頂き、煮干が全面に効いた自分好みの濃厚スープで、麺と馴染む感じがたまらなく、あっという間に完食しました。今度は濃厚を注文してみようかな。通常の煮干そばでこの濃厚具合だから、どんな感じなんだろうと次回訪問までが楽しみです。
