麺は中細麺 で 硬めでした
食べていくうちに ちょうどよくなるので
計算されてるのかなと思います
スープは煮干しの風味がしっかりとしてましたが
私には しょっぱく 感じました
お湯を差したい です
この辺は 個人の好みですね
酢をいれ こしょうを入れ 味変 →美味しい
刻みニンニク➕オイル →これも美味しい
