台湾スイーツの人気店。
週末のお昼には列ができます。(ほぼ女性)
台湾麺も、スイーツも美味しいのですが、オペレーションを頑張っていただきたい。
ホールは若い従業員が5〜6人の構成。
忙しいんでしょうが、10人も並んでいるのに一番手前のテーブルが3席も空いていたら不満がでます。
1〜2人しかいないなら仕方ないと思いますが。。
お昼のピーク時のはずなのに、スイーツの持ち帰りのオーダーが優先されている印象です。
ホールにいる人も、5人揃って料理が出てくるカウンターの方ばかりみていて、ホールに気を遣っていません。
学生バイトかもしれませんが、しっかり教育してほしいですね。いいお店だけに残念です。
