さいたま新都心での仕事後に気軽に立ち寄れる居酒屋を探している時に見つけました。仕事終わりは飲まなきゃやってられない！平日18:30に予約して1人で行きました！駅から徒歩2分ほどのビルの4階にあります。すぐに発見できました。仕事終わりのサラリーマンでかなり賑わってますね〜。土日はイベント終わりの方が多くいらっしゃるのかな？
飲み放題付きのお得なコースメニューも多数展開されていますが、好きなものをサクッといただきたかったのでアラカルトでの注文です。各席には電子端末が置いてあるので、店員さんを介さずに気軽に注文できるのもありがたい！この日は以下のものをいただきました。

串焼きを中心に秋の厳選メニュー、揚げ物、〆のご飯、デザートをいただきました。一品一品が本当に美味しく大満足！値段もそこまで高くないのでついついたくさん頼みたくなってしまいます。映えるようなドリンクから本格派のお酒まで多数展開されてます。1人飲み最高。店員さんの活気も良く、食事に向き合える空間作りもしっかりなされていました。特に美味しかったメニューを2つ紹介します！
1.特上レバー
お店イチオシの串焼きメニュー。特上とついていることからもかなり質の良いレバーだとわかります。弾けるようなぷりぷり食感がとにかく最高。一口大なのでレバーを口いっぱいに堪能できるのもいいですね〜！訪問の際にはぜひ食べてください！
2.牡蠣グラタンコロッケ
秋の厳選メニューの１つ。広島県産牡蠣を贅沢に使用したお店特製の逸品です。カリカリの衣、中はトロトロのグラタンの相性が抜群！アツアツできたて！牡蠣の旨味が詰まったホワイトソースが美味しくないわけがない！
