It's simply delicious, and the way the medium rare is cooked is outstanding. The mushroom soup is creamy and has a cappuccino feel. I once had a bad experience with aged meat in a foreign country (it smelled a little bad when eaten rare) (it left strings on my teeth), so I couldn't really imagine a delicious taste when I heard the phrase aged meat, but the meat here was something else. Fillet, sirloin, etc. Everything that came out was tender and juicy, and the sauces were excellent. It's located very close to Omiya's largest entertainment district (the largest in Saitama prefecture?), commonly known as Nangin, but it's quiet. Well, it's quite expensive, so I knew it wasn't the kind of place that young people would go to for a lively time, but... I really enjoyed it, including the wine.
