La promessa(ラ プロメッサ)は埼玉県さいたま市のJR京浜東北線の与野駅東口のすぐそばの建物の2階にある。
同じ建物の隣には中華料理 RAKUがある。
2020年12月6日(日)に初めてLa promessa(ラ プロメッサ)を訪れた。
入口には消毒液が置かれていた。
お店の造りはカウンター席とテーブル席がある。
カウンター席は間が空けられソーシャルディスタンスが取られている。
客層は老若男女幅広い。
店内ではゆったりとした洋楽が流れていた。
カウンター席に着くと冷たい水とメニューが出された。
お店の人のテキパキとした接客も良い。
本日のパスタと本日のお肉のワンプレートランチを食した。
サラダとパンがついて税込1380円であった。
本日のパスタは、生ハムのラグーソース チーズと胡椒で、本日のお肉はローストポーク キノコのクリームソースであった。
サラダはレタスに酸味と旨味と味わいがあるドレッシングがかけられていた。
パンはほんのりと温かく、外側はカリカリに焼かれていて中はふんわりとしている。
パスタはアルデンテに茹でられソースがねっとりとまとわっている。
生ハムは身が引き締まっていて噛みしめると味わいがあり、塩梅が良く胡椒のピリッとした辛さも良い。
ローストポークは噛み締めると旨味と味わいが広がりソースはホッとするような優しい味わいである。
大変に美味し。
