本日のサラメシ‼️
「MON SOON CAFE」@さいたま新都心
オフィスから徒歩10分以内の飲食店完全制覇まで、残り10軒強。本日はいつも行列のエスニック料理店を訪ねた。
ベトナム料理が中心のようだが、中華的な料理もあることから専門店ではないようだ。店内には観葉植物配置されエスニックムード満点。1名なので外が見えるカウンター席へ‼️
メニューから「ベトナム風炒飯」セットをお願いする。セットには「タイトースト」と「サラダ」が付く。メインの「ベトナム風炒飯」は赤米に、豚挽き、ナッツ類、パクチー、玉ねぎ、水菜、ねぎ…などの野菜。更にはレモン汁とナンプラー、チリが効いたソースを混ぜ合わせていただく。とても複雑な味わいだがヘルシーで旨い。
これが真性ベトナム料理かどうかは、Facebook友達でベトナム料理に造形が深いN村さんのコメントを待つことにしょう。
