母が美味しいお店があるからと誘ってくれて大宮まで行ってきました♪
平日の11時半過ぎ、予約しての訪問です。
先客さんは2組ほどでしたが、お昼時にはテーブル席はいっぱい
私たちはカウンターでしたが、目の前でお料理するのが見られてとても良かったです＾＾
お願いしたのはランチのセットとお薦めされた花咲ガニを追加で
飲み物は生ビールと日本酒（純米吟醸）を2種類いただきました＾w＾
ランチセットの内容は
・桃とマスカルポーネとカシューナッツの最中（店名が書かれた最中が可愛らしい♪）
・ピーマンの擦り流し＆鴨のつくね（鴨がフワッフワで美味しかったです）
・お刺身（漬け鮪・平目は梅風味・海老は酢味噌で）
・追加の花咲ガニ
・お野菜炊き合わせ（冷製で焼き茄子・南瓜・ズッキーニ・冬瓜・梅、梅のジュレ）
・鮎塩焼き＆鱧の南蛮漬け（南蛮漬けの鱧とアメリカンチェリーが良かった！笹で七夕さまのお飾りも）
・ちりめん山椒の炊き込みご飯、赤出汁、ピクルス
・デザート（スイカ割り♪ピスタチオの皮を割ると中から西瓜のシャーベットやゼリーが）
どれもとっても美味しかったですし、とても工夫されたお料理で目でも楽しめて嬉しい＾＾
月毎に内容が変わるとのことですので、別の季節のお料理も気になりますね♪
