大宮駅東口一番街にある牛タンのお店へ。まずは人気の牛タンおつまみから。
･いろ葉のポテトサラダ、牛タンが入っています。
･牛タンのガーリックポン酢、ニンニク、ネギ、玉ねぎがガツンと効きます。さっぱりして好きでした。
･新！牛タンのユッケ風、とろーり卵黄が牛タンに絡んで濃厚な味わい。
･名物茹でたん、お箸で切れちゃう柔らかさ！大根も良い感じに仕上がっていました。添えられたワサビと食べるのが美味しい。
･定番タンシチュー、中にマッシュポテトが入っていて牛タンもゴロッと。味が濃いめなのでバゲットと一生に食べても絶対美味しい！
･絶品厚切り牛タン、ここのお店に来たらこれを食べなくては…柔らかくて程よく脂も乗っていて美味しかった〜
･プレミアムアイス、今回はさつまいもアイスでした。季節によって内容が変わるそうでホワイトチョコレートが練り込まれているそう。
店員さんの接客も明るくて楽しい時間を過ごせました！
